Brake line part

I want to change the hose on the left front wheel of my 1957 Monterey. There is a short length of tubing coming from a fitting in the brake line to the top of the hose. Both ends of this tubing have a compression fitting. On one end of the I have the compression fitting won’t turn therefore I cannot use it with the new hose. I either need a replacement or an idea how to get this one to work again or maybe a lead to someone who could make me another one.
