    Re: my ’66 Comet Convertible I’m trying to find the correct seal for the windsheild to door post seal. (A post). I have been told that the Fairlane and Comet seals are differant? The stainless track the seal fits in on my car is approx. 1″ wide while the seal is 3/4″ wide. The part # I have is C60Z-7602626. Appreciate any help, thanks Fred

    Have you tried Dennis Carpenter?  They are the only sourrce for reproduction rubber

    Might I add to Jerry’s post that you consider Dearborn Classics?  They seem to be more involved with the cars from the 60s.  I am sure they could answer your question.
