Need question answered about a special '64 Mercury 25th Anniversary car

<div>I was wondering if you have ever had an

article

written in quick silver about this car.A friend of mine had one and he

has asked

if I could find anything out about this car?It had crossed checkered

flags on

the front fenders and 25 th aniversary in the middle of the steering

column.The

roof was a fast back like fords but it was coated with a canvas looking

paint to

make this hardtop look like a convertible.It also had a piece of chrome

strip

across the backofthe roof the same as a convertible and the on the

shift  console was the original owners name.His car was done in what

we think was called an aniversary blue.Please let me know if you can

help,Any
