    Purchased our Comet approx. two years ago, previous owner started restoration, and we have continued the restoration process over the past two summers. Suspension, drive line, transmission, engine upgrades,electrical and some interior and exterior work has been started and continues.  We expect that we will continue restoration over the next two years. This fall we will be rebuilding the 289 engine and will add inprovements for some extra boost.

    The restoration has improved the condition well enough to drive to various functions and car shows close to home.  As the restoration continues we will be able to go farther.  We expect to have our Comet at the Syracuse Nationals,Syracuse, NY next year.

    We sent some pictures with our application for membership and do hope that you might consider our Comet for a future issue of the Quick Silver magazine.
