Have you ever found these parts? If you have not, I have a complete steering column that I believe has these parts on it. Would you be interested in buying the complete steering column? It is for a standard shift 54 Mercury. I do not have a parts interchange book, but there are many parts that are interchangeable from 52 to 54. You might want to check if this is one of them.
