    Disc brakes are installed Granada spindles and discs with an adapter to use our wheels
    Seam to work great

    Thanks Virgil. I bought my shocks from Concours Parts but I don’t think they’re the right ones . They seem to bottom out on certain dips in the road. The springs are new from Detroit Spring.

    Front shocks for a 56 Montclair
    I would definitely use KYB shocks . Should be the same as a 56 Tbird. Have them on my Bird and the car does not dip going into a turn improved handling . When my Mercury needs them will change mine .

    Don’t have any of the old seal.A lot of 2 &4 door cars have the same type of seal . It’s just finding the right one.

    I tried shaving it but still does not work.It has to be like an ell shape . Fits in the channel on the quarter window and goes behind the front window when they are rolled up .

    Thank you Norm I did do a little adjustment on the steering box and it did help.I ll take your advice and wait till I need to have the box rebuilt.Next project is front and rear springs from Eaton Detroit Spring Inc.
