I had hoped to be registered for the Branson event, but health issues prevent the (about) 9 hour drive for me. Any prolonged sitting for more than 1 hour cause problems with my bad back. I haven’t been able to attend even local events this summer.

I received my summer issue of Quicksilver yesterday.

    Ed,

Check out eBay # 300527892387 – passenger side rear NOS trim piece.  I don’t remember if this is the side you were looking for, or if you said you found one.  It will probably go to a pretty high bid.  I think I paid around $85.00 for the NOS one I found some time ago.

    Ed & Kathy,

If you happen to find one, it will likely be damaged, and in need of repair/refinish.  The damage to these trim pieces seems to be consistent with placement of a bumper jack that has slammed into it.  You might want to let all of us Meteor owners know who the anodizer was that broke yours, and if that business is willing to compensate for such damage.  At such time as I have the paint and body work done, I will be looking for someone to re-finish that strip on my car, and would want to avoid anyone who may cause damage to that extent.
